Active Management of Nordic Quality Companies

Kavaljer Quality Focus is an actively managed equity fund that invests in 25–45 quality companies, with a focus on small- and mid-cap quality firms. The primary focus is on the Swedish equity market, but the fund also has the flexibility to invest in larger companies.

Characteristics that define a quality company include increasing revenue and profit over time, stable finances, and an experienced and competent management team and board, all focused on creating shareholder value. Investing in quality companies reduces the risk of unpleasant surprises.

The goal is to generate returns over time that exceed the Swedish stock index. The fund is classified at risk level 4 on a 7-point scale and is suitable for those with a long-term investment horizon of at least five years.

Sustainability
The fund follows Kavaljer’s Sustainability Policy. All companies are reviewed before and during the investment period to ensure that exclusion criteria are met. The fund promotes environmental and social characteristics under Article 8 of the SFDR.
