Kavaljer AB was founded in 2013 and is a privately owned Swedish securities company, providing management services to institutional and private investors under the authorization of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen). The company manages the funds Kavaljer Quality Focus and Kavaljer Investmentbolagsfond. The portfolio management is tailored to each client’s needs, preferences, and goals. Kavaljer also manages capital insurance, investor savings accounts, and occupational pensions.

Kavaljer AB is regulated by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (FI no. 035550). LMM Kavaljer Quality Focus and LMM Kavaljer Investmentbolagsfond are Luxembourg-registered sub-funds within the UCITS umbrella fund Lux Multimanager SICAV. The funds are authorized for marketing to the public in Sweden, Norway, and Luxembourg. The management company is BIL Manage Invest S.A. Caceis Investor Services is tasked with providing fund accounting, unitholder registry services, and is appointed as the custodian for the funds.

2024
Kavaljer signs the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and joins Swesif. Kavaljer’s two funds are classified as Article 8 under SFDR, meaning they must promote sustainability-related characteristics. The Kavaljer Quality Focus fund celebrates its 5th anniversary. Kavaljer grows with one additional employee.
2023
Kavaljer grows to a team of three employees and celebrates its 10th anniversary.
2022
Kavaljer reaches 3 billion SEK in assets under management.
Kavaljer Quality Focus receives the highest rating of 5 stars from the financial services firm Morningstar.
2021
Kavaljer reaches 2 billion SEK in assets under management.
Kavaljer Investmentbolagsfond receives the highest rating of 5 stars from the fund analysis company Morningstar.
2019
Kavaljer launches the Kavaljer Investmentbolagsfond. The fund has a long-term investment strategy in investment companies, conglomerates, and serial acquirers. The fund may invest globally.
2018
Kavaljer changes the investment strategy of the fund to a pure equity fund with a focus on Nordic quality companies. The name of the fund is changed to Kavaljer Quality Focus.
2017
Kavaljer reaches 1 billion SEK in assets under management.
2013
Kavaljer is founded in Stockholm by Peter Lindvall, Håkan Telander and Simonssongruppen AB. Kavaljer manages one fund that supports individuals, corporates and foundations in achieving better and secure capital growth on invested assets.
