New Policy for Responsible Investments – February 2024

In February 2024, the board of Kavaljer adopted a revised and updated policy for responsible investments. The policy applies to the funds LMM – Kavaljer Quality Focus and LMM – Kavaljer Investmentbolagsfond, which, as of the turn of the year 2023/2024, fall under Article 8 of the SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation). This implies that the funds now promote environmental and social characteristics, achieved in part by analyzing and considering ESG criteria in the investment process.
