In an interview with EFN Finansmagasinet, Peter Lindvall, portfolio manager at Kavaljer, highlights the potential in consumer stocks heading into 2026. He believes that tax cuts, lower food VAT, and easing inflation could strengthen household purchasing power and boost consumption.
“The companies we own within the consumer sector are, in my view, very lowly valued. As corporate leaders become more optimistic, there should be good upside potential for consumer stocks,” says Peter.
Among the fund’s holdings mentioned are RevolutionRace, New Wave, Nilörngruppen, and Dometic – companies that could benefit from an improving consumer climate.
